American Horizons: The Photographs of Art Sinsabaugh

Sinsabaugh (1924-1983) made his impact in the early 1960s with a giant “banquet” camera that produced extreme wide-format 12 x 20-inch negatives. He went on to create B&W panoramas of the American landscape—from the rural Midwestern farm to the urban cityscapes of Chicago and Baltimore, the mountains and resorts of New England, and the deserts of the Southwest.
